My friend the local publican has just got the "cryptolocker" virus on his computer and it has encrypted many of his files, he ran malwarebytes and it found almost 2000 infections which it then said it had quarantined, however his important files still show "Encrypted" if he now just deletes these items and reinstates them from a backup source will his computer be OK to use and will it be safe for others to open emails from him?
