Deleting Unwanted Ipad App For Podcast And Ibooks

Like many others, I am not happy with the latest iPad upgrade. Does anyone know how to delete the Podcast app and iBooks that have been added without me asking for them?

I have a folder especially for unwanted apps, naming it iS***e it's the only way to hide them.

They are part of the ipad.

I put any unused system apps in a folder called Apple Apps.
