there are hilly bits of Holland down Maastricht way, I think, though this might not be one of them.

carrust, just what i thought, many cyclists here have only themselves to blame, foolish behaviour, those featured in the video could be going to school, if they live in rural community...

Even without the link the answer would have been, "No".

I consider that foolhardy. Even if the route was well known it looks hardly safe for walkers let alone a bicycle ride. They only have to get it wrong once.
