Can anyone help me please, with a customer service number I can ring to connect to talktalk customer service. I can't seem to find one on their website which matches my query.
I need to ask them urgently if I have run up a very large bill overnight as unknowingly I didn't disconnect my last call to my Mum from 10.30pm and this morning it still showed her number as being connected on my phone clocking up 11 hours of talking! She says she put her phone back on the hook so it may be ok, but I do need to check I haven't got a huge bill - I feel sick at the thought! I have a new phone so am not used to it yet :( Thanks for any advice.

Thanks Jomlett but that number isn't through Talktalk and costs 5p minute. Knowing how long they keep you on the phone I really need the call to be free.
You could try 0800 049 7802 but might be sign up only. Give it a try.
There may well not be a freephone number, ann - they don't work that way

Thanks Graham, I did actually use that number and it was free. I got a very helpful man (unusual for TT - he won't last long! ;) who told me how to track the usage since last billing but last nights calls won't show up for 24 - 48 hours. He seemed very sympathetic and said he would do his best to cancel the cost if it was charged (got to wait and see) as it was a genuine case. Thanks to all who advised. :)
