The power to my Dell 1737 was switched off, and all i get now is ''plugged in not charging''. I have tried searching for an answer, on google and U tube but nothing works. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

Have you tried removing the battery and then replacing it?

That is with the same one of course not a new one.
