GT-5830! thing seems to take forever, Yes, about a Min Oj, am I thinking this is slow, the Toco I had prior seems very fast in comparison.

It's really not important. Modern smart phones are not designed to be constantly turned on and off. Usually the only time you would turn off such a phone is if you had to change the battery, or SIM, or after an update or reset.

I'm guessing it's the apps that cause it to run slower
I've deleted some of mine and it does seem to be quicker
I dont often turn mine off though
