Can't log in to Ebay

For some reason I can't log into Ebay this morning - it just shows diagnose problems page (for which I'm none the wiser!) Anyone else experiencing difficulties?

I'm cross as I got an email from Talktalk last week telling me they were updating my router and gave the link to do it + all the instructions. I did this and ever since then it has been running really slow and freezing up, even Answerbank is slow to respond when posting a reply. I can't face ringing them, its usually such a slow process to get to the right person, they are so useless, so foreign I can't understand them and I throw a wobbly every time!
