Adobe Shockwave Player (which allows you to view some video content, such as games or animated ads, within your web browser) seems to be crashing.

Go to your Control Panel (from the Start menu).

From there, in Windows XP, go to 'Add or Remove Programs'. In Windows Vista or 7, go to 'Programs' or 'Programs and Features'.

Find the reference to Adobe Shockwave Player and uninstall it.

Restart your computer.

Go here to reinstall Adobe Shockwave Player:

Cross your fingers ;-)
