Let me add, I can use the internet (I am with BT Broadband) but not email.

I do hope you haven't been hacked smurf. This can cause all sorts of havoc. Might be worth asking a friend to email tech support on your email server. Or try making a new email altogether.

I'm with Broadband, no problems, e-mail with Hotmail, again no problems

When you have BT Broadband & I believe it uses the same cable as the 'phone line how come you can use the 'phone & Broadband at the same time & one doesn't interfere with the other ?. WR....
