Best place foir refurbished lap/netbook

Can anyone recommend a place that sells refurbished laptops at under £250?I am not computer minded so just simple blurb would be an advantage.I have noticed on Amazon there are a few but they are running XP and the kids need windows7,though what the difference is between the 64 bit and 32 bit I do not know.Also,just to make things more complicated,I need two,the same(oh the joy of having twins!)
If anyone knows of a friendly site,please let me know
