samsung s5830 - getting lots of spam through...

i have my emails sent to my phone, but on my samsung, it sends all the spam through as well - even though it is filtered in my online yahoo mailbox - it never came through on my blackberry or iphone...

i cannot find any settings stop this, can anyone tell me?

the phone is new to me so it may be something i just havent noticed yet

samsung galaxy ace - email spam floods through...how do i stop it?
