you will need some video capture software, eg Windows Live Movie Maker

http://windows.micros.../features/movie-maker

Its free does a really good job and may already be installed on your computer.

To find out, click the Start button type movie maker in the search box, and see if it appears in the list of results.

Most video editing packages will capture video, a google search will turn up plenty of other free and paid for packages
