E-mail/attachment printing

At work, every time I now go to print an e-mail, it asks me to "save as" first. This is the same with attchments.

Its Windows XP, and Office 2003.

prev Firefox doesn't work. Internet explorer doesn't work either but chrome works   desktop next

Run disk cleanup.

And check your default printer hasn't been changed to something like the office XPS writer, or soe sort of PDF writer.
