Dreamweaver CS5 on OS Windows 7

Can anyone help with a technical question with CS5 - I have upgraded from CS3 and now using windows 7 but cant download my site as I am getting an error 'FTP error occured - cannot open server folder C ........Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem.

Have you missed a part out there? if so the part after the C is relevant.

If it's c:\program files then it's because windows 7 doesn't allow writing tot he program files directory.

Try changing your local folder to somewhere else.

Yes I just missed out the name of my local folder, I dont know where else to stick it, other than my documents?

I have browsed for the root folder from dreamweaver, so assume I have the right path, but do I have to put CS5 after it as per the instructions on your link, as the name of the root folder is basically just the name of my site?
