What's happened to my computer?

Hi, last week my computer was running fine, this week the pages are freezing and sticking and especially when i try and watch videos i get a message like "the adobe flash plugin has a script in this movie is causeing adobe flash player to run slowly, if it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive, do you want to abort script?"

I really need my computer as i'm doing my essays so please any help asap will be appreciated.

Do system restore from 2 weeks back. Type in SYSTEM RESTORE WIZARD from start button bottom left of your screen.

Do not do system restore for such a minor issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe flash player.

Do not do a system restore. It is rarely ever advisible.
If reinstalling Adobe Flash Player does not fix the issue, consider fitting more memory to the computer.
