Where are my headings??

Before I updated the latest Mozilla Firefox,I had the following headings at the top of the page.
FILE EDIT VIEW TOOLS HELP
But not now, can anyone please tell me how to retrieve them? Thanks!

You should be able to just right-click in a blank part of the header and select Menu Bar from the list that pops up.
You might have to try this in a few different places, codswallop, but if you right-click near the top of your webpage, your menu bar might be unticked. Tick it again and it should come back.
press alt to see them.

If you want them to stay press alt then select the menu toolbar in view > toolbars
My firefox just has 'firefox' in the top left of the screen, next to it is an arrow for a drop down menu when all the headings are.
