Does anybody know about to transfer programmes which I have recorded on my SkyPlus Digibox onto a DVD recorder ?

Connect your Sky box to your DVD recorder.
Set the "channel" on the DVD recorder so it "sees" what is coming from the Sky box.
Put a blank DVD in the DVD recorder.
"Play" the program on your Sky box and press Record on your DVD recorder.
The DVD recorder will record what is being shown from the Sky box.
I did this a lot before I went to Sky HD and before going HD I used a Scart lead to connect the Sky box to the DVD recorder.
Since I went to Sky HD I have not yet got round to setting it up yet.
