how do i transfer a video clip to email ..... thanks

This isn't my field of expertise. (I bought a new phone on Monday and deliberately selected one that just makes call and sends texts. No internet, no phone no anything). But I would assume that you send a video with an email in the same way that you would on a computer. i.e. by clicking on the button to add an attachment:
