Unless you are going to print lots of photos it is probably more cost effective to go to boots where you will find a machine that will print from your card.

I agree, photo ink can easily cost more than to print them at one of the many places around now. You can preview the images on your card and only print the ones you select.

Thanks anyway.
Just want a printer, nothing too fancy, for a technophobe (hence no PC !), who doesn't drive & lives about 10 miles from a decent sized town, so not very convenient to be popping into Boots or the like. |

Get a Kodak one, the printers are good and the ink is cheap.

Are there ones where you don't have to have them connected to a PC to edit & print ? All the ones I've seen it looks like you do. What do I need to search for, other than "Kodak printer" ?
