Non PC owner wants to print photos

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a standalone printer that'll print photos from an SD card.
Cheers

Not sire how much you are looking to spend, Epson printers although the ink can tend to be expensive.

Unless you are going to print lots of photos it is probably more cost effective to go to boots where you will find a machine that will print from your card.
I agree, photo ink can easily cost more than to print them at one of the many places around now. You can preview the images on your card and only print the ones you select.

Thanks anyway.
Just want a printer, nothing too fancy, for a technophobe (hence no PC !), who doesn't drive & lives about 10 miles from a decent sized town, so not very convenient to be popping into Boots or the like.
Get a Kodak one, the printers are good and the ink is cheap.
Yes Kodak. Get one with a small screen though.

Are there ones where you don't have to have them connected to a PC to edit & print ? All the ones I've seen it looks like you do. What do I need to search for, other than "Kodak printer" ?
