I hope this is in the correct section.
We made a payment a few months ago and I've just noticed 4 months later that the payment is being taken every month from my Paypal account.
I've read the initial email from them (which I obviously should have done in the first instance) and it says they will take the amount monthly until we cancel it - I just thought it was a one off payment.
The instructions to cancel it say that all subscription details are in the history tab under my account overview and it says the same in the PayPal help section but the option is not there.
Does anyone know how I can cancel it?
Thanks x

You are paying through Paypal but who are you paying? What is the subscription?

It's filesonic
Now that Filesonic has disabled file-sharing (following the commencement of extradition proceedings against the founders of their rival company, MegaUpload.com) a large number of people will be seeking to cancel their subscriptions!

If you can't cancel via your PayPal account you simply need to provide Filesonic with your latest transaction ID:

My son wanted to download something back in November and it's only been used that once, it's my own silly fault for not noticing but I don't use my Payapl account very often.
That's great, thanks for the advice.

I had a problem like this and I rang Paypal and explained it and she said don't worry I'll cancel it from now..
