i clicked on driver tuner which i found in my programmes.
then clicked on a pop up box to continue, then was told i have 22 devices out of date, so was told to pay x amount of dollars to rectify it.

what programme to use

iPad 2- FaceTime unavailable and unable to receive iMessages from my sons

Uninstall driver tuner. there is no need to pay for drivers they are available free from the manufacturers website... it's just another program designed to make you spend money with them.

i´ll just tell you now what i´ve done, to see if you can help.
Search for drivers, manuals &firmware for canonscanner lide 20, selected download, chose software download (drivers+application),Then chose operating system, windows vista, , then chose language, chose english. then clicked cs scangear cs. then clicked on I accept box. then download +save file, then right mouse open, clicked on unzip. then that was it, nothing!!

Enter this ... It's a folder

Is the folder on the system?
If it comes up in results .. double click to open and 'setupSG.exe'
