Photoshop annoyance

Just loaded Adobe Photoshop, when finished it asks you to register, which I have done and it says "registration complete". But everytime I open it the registration box keeps appearing asking me to register again. There is no tick box to stop it from doing this all the time so is there a way to stop this please
