Can anyone recommend a program i can install on my netbook that tells me what little trigger is looking at pls.

Obvious rule one is to make sure she only has a limited user account so she can't install any programs (such as another browser), then disable the clear history option in Internet explorer.

then you can simply check the browsing history in IE at any time.

(if she uses MSN messenger it's probably not a bad idea to make sure that save conversations is enabled in that too, then you'll have a history of all her chats)

K9 by Bluecoat. Its free and you can use it to block certain categories or set it to just monitor. I have it on my son's PC and its brill.

I use Pandora, its not free but has great support and I have rarely had any problems. It key logs and takes a snapshot of the screen approx every 15 seconds. User unaware of it's installation and can only be opened by using 3 or 4 keys together then a password. However I agree the best option is blocking unwanted sites etc.
