Sim free or PAYG mobile?

I have had my phone stolen abroad (see other thread on chatterbank). I now need a handset only. When trying to find the best deal it is cheaper on PAYG rather than hands free so would I be best going for that and replacing the sim card provided with the new one t mobile are sending me or cant you do that?

Do you mean cheaper with PAYG than contract? You can have hands free with both.

^ PS you can put your SIM in any phone you like, but you said on the other thread that you're on contract - so the SIM will be tied in with that, IMO.
