Sky Atlantic query?

Hi Everyone, Since Sky Atlantic was rolled out virtually everything i record from it has somewhere during the playback really bad interference and my playback guide will always state that the programme has only been "Part Rec"? The weird thing is i record loads of stuff from many different channels and dont get this with any other HD or Non HD channels? Does anyone experience this same issue? I will be ringing Sky soon but ive been putting it off as they always are trying to sell me something!
