Every email provider is free to set their own rules, but I'm unaware of any providers who don't allow you to use their accounts straight away.

I still have mine after a good few weeks wendi

guerrillamail is one that I use but you should wait a minute or so just to make sure it becomes active.

thanks for replies. I have just set one up and sent an e mail from one e mail dress to it but it was rejected

Will explain a little bit better. I have set it up on yahoo mail; but when I sent an e mail from my hotmail to it it was rejected.
