Please help me guys....i have a 12 year old daughter....nuff said !!!

She has a Samsung netbook and the other day she cleaned the screen and keypads with a dry cloth.

Since then, the letters are misbehaving when she types. For example, in wordpad" i wanted to type Brighton and hove albion fc.

We got Brightoun 4and houv.e 4alybioun fec

It appears that....when she types "o", she gets ou. "a" becomes 4a "c" becomes ec.

And there's a few others.

Any suggestions what she might of done and how to remedy it

ta muchly..
