no images

I'm with NTL for broadband and can always see images sent with emails, apart from the ones from my brother, there is always a white box and a little red cross, ive checked the settings and its set to 'always allow images from this sender', when he sends them to other people they can open them no problem, any ideas?? thanks

maybe his pictures are in a different file format than others and you don't have the right program on your computer to view them.
