windows 7

why cant i use "Ares" on windows 7 ? It will not connect to the internet. i am also having difficulty in getting uTorrent to connect to the internet, yet when i had my old XP it worked great

Don't have W7 but is it being blocked by the firewall? ie can you set allowable sites?
