Yes.

Stream through Internet Explorer (I've found Firefox doesn't seem to want to co-operate!) and stream the programmes to your hard drive using Fraps.

You'll then need to edit the MPG files to trim off unwanted junk (ie. useless adverts) before burning to DVD.
