I am not sure you can (cant think of a how to anyway).
Once a person has your e-mail address they are free to use it to sign up to any web site they like, dont see how you can stop them.
You could change your email address, but that is a bit drastic.
You can just hope they get fed up soon and stop doing it.

mark, change your email address and be very circumspect about giving the new address out. Let the 'old' address just be, you can look at it from time to time to see who's been in touch, but when you get abuse like this the easiest way out is to change the address.
