Tweeking Photos To Put On Facebook

When I have taken a picture and it needs tweeking slightly (cropping, colour etc) when I put it on facebook, it reverts back to the original - can anyone please help?

How did you 'tweak' it and, importantly, how did you save it? If you started out with a picture called, say, 'DSC02421.jpg', make sure that you save the file with a different name (such as 'DSC02421Edit.jpg' or 'joy41beauty.jpg') before uploading it to Facebook.
