Outlook Mail Problems

In my "outlook" mail on iPad when I go into messages and click on a link (in blue) nothing happens to take me to the specified site.
If I copy and paste it's ok.
Do I need to set something?

Are you using the 'Mail' app (on your home screen) or the Outlook app or are you accessing your email account via Safari?
