Fake Facebook Accounts

Hi all

Was wondering if someone could give me some advice.

A fake Facebook account has been messaging all of my friends list. It's a fake name, random profile pic (basic image from Google) and no info. Think I may have an idea who it is but not too sure.

How can I get them to stop? I've reported to Facebook to no avail, is there anything else I can do?

Ok read a post earlier saying that this was a new threat.

PM your friends and make sure that they ignore any friend's requests.

They've not sent a friend request. Just messaged everyone saying I'm a liar and a cheat and that my ex is pregnant.

I would report it as harassment and see what they say.

Are you on bad terms with anyone ?
It seems less likely that you were a randomly picked target.
