Can't get a sensible answer from 3 so thought of you. Got a Huawei mobile wifi unit which I use when away from home. I installed a Pay & Go 3 Data sim which is fine in UK and most other countries using what is called the "Feel at Home" scheme (meaning you use the contract data), but apparently not in Jersey ( where I am off to next). There I can only use data from my "Cash Credit" but I can't find out what "Cash Credit" is and how I keep it topped up. All help will be much appreciated. Thanks. Tel

'Cash credit' is simply whatever you pay into your pay-as-you-go account that's not linked to any 'bundles', 'packages', 'add-on's, etc. You can top up that credit online and in several other ways too: http://www.three.co.uk/Support/Pay_As_You_Go/How_to_top-up

I can only guess but ...

It sounds as if you have a price-plan that either has an automatic bundle of extras on or where you pay extra for it. So there is the standard payment you pay regularly for your calls, and a further payment paid for this extra, which presumably allows you cheaper calls or data or whatever whilst it lasts.

But it is possible the extra is only usable in the UK. When you roam it remains untouched and the cost is taken from your standard payment instead.

Have a read of your contract , it probably tells you there.
