To address the OP - financial and emotional support are not part of the service being offered - it is the responsibility of the parents involved in raising the offspring from these transactions , a sperm donor is not involved, or expected or required to be.

I suspect this in cases where children have been conceived as part of a relationship, where the mother has a reasonable expectation of financial support, and may require assistance to obtain it.

There is no indication that he masturbates 'into a syringe and then injects the fluid into their vagina ...'

A far more likely scenario is that he ejaculates into a provided container and then leaves, and the lady uses the syringe in the privacy of her own home, maybe with her partner's assistance, maybe not, but I seriously doubt that the donor is present when it is delivered to its final destination.
