/// Amira Abase, 16, wrote that she was laughing out loud – ‘Lol’ in text language – as Britain mourned the 30 citizens murdered on the Sousse
beach. ///

This is the monster that some on here described as only a child, and said they feared for her, and wished her back safely in the UK.when she and her two companions fled the UK.

She should be re-united with her family,,,,,,in Syria.
She sounds thoroughly indoctrinated.

Shouldn't the Daily Mail be informing the Police about such communications and getting the authorities to block this phone? Are they not aided IS by not doung so?

How do you know that they have not already done so?
Are you accusing the British Government of ignoring vital information to stop this vile woman recruiting in the UK?

Considering the DM have published texts from this week, it is more likely they have had her number for several weeks and subjected other young girls to her re ruiting so they could get a story, duely presented in the link.
She's certainly living up to her surname, ok, the pronunciation is different but she has cheapened and disgraced herself further. We should not be surprised at this type of reaction, what can we expect from an enemy?

Where have I ever suggested that?

How do you know that this has not all been an anti-terrorist exercise between the Daily Mail and the Security Forces?
Or just propaganda?
Some of these IS children could also be from the UK.
Yes Gromit. These kids were once babies. Too right I do not trust any of them.

A joint security operation between the Daily Mail and The SIS?

You cannot be seriously suggesting that would happen?
A few days ago you were suggesting that if a University knew about a security risk and did nothing about it, that they should be clised down.

I take it your views are entirely different when the one withholding information is the Daily Mail.

You have no proof whatsoever that the Daily Mail is withholding information from the authorities.

If you have prove it.
Gromit
Why is it not feasible. The press have often carried out sting operations and passed on the information gained to the appropriate authorities after selling the story. Remember the hackneyed phrase used, usually by the News of the Screws reporter, "I made my excuses and left"?
It is facebook,Twitter etc who are the villainous accomplices of terrorism and give the media a bad name. They are doing IS a great service as a recruiting agency
In the shady world of espionage and double agents and counter intelligence who knows how valuable info is gained and I hope no one finds out after the disasterous leaks disclosed by recent traitors.

Wasn't it the Daily Mail who named all five of Stephen Lawrence's murder suspects in 1997

Retrocop,
Whilst I agree that internet services undoubtedly help our enemies, you cannot really uninvent them.
The same could be said of maps, the telephone, air travel. We cannot ban maps because of the use someone might use them for, and you cannot ban social media.
The Mail had been contacting an ISIS recruiter. They were pretending to be an IIS sympathiser in the UK. Many hours could have been wasted at GCHQ monitoring their exchanges which were in fact bogus. Important information such as this should be handed to SIS if the Mail discovers it. It should not be sat and used to build stories.
Gromit, given your hatred of any British media, or that is that is how it appears to me, when will you be leaving?

// Gromit, given your hatred of any British media //

I have been a Daily Telegraph subscriber for 30 years!

I am sure if it was revealed that the BBC had been contacting an ISIS recruiter, there would be howls of condemnation from the likes of you.
Gromit
What I am saying is that the security services could well use the Daily Mail to their advantage.
There is a lot more I would like to add to this thread but feel that suggestions and may be's and probablies may do more harm than good by being discussed openly on this site.
I would certainly hope our national security has not become such a joke that we are relying on amateur spies at the Daily Mail to guard us.

Are you aware of what my avatar is?

Ever heard of code name "Garbo". All an amateur spy needs is to sound convincing and be primed to give or receive the information required by the professional minder.
