For future reference, go the the relevant YouTube page. Do NOT use the link offered on that page. Instead right-click in your browser's address bar and select 'Copy'. Then come here, right-click and select 'Paste'. (I always use the 'Enter YouTube Link Here' box but it actually works within the text box anyway).

Also note that AB can only embed YouTube videos that have a 'youtube.com' URL. If you try to do with with a 'youtu.be' URL (which is what you get when starting a video part-way in) it won't work.
