when I enter a site, yahoo email, google sporting life to pick my horses out etc, I get a message saying "....... is not responding due to a long running script" what does this mean please? I have checked talktalk broadband speed and is ok. I can usually solve by entering 'start' - 'restart' and letting my comp close down and restart, but it's getting to be a pain in the a**e. Any help greatly appreciated,
Thanks folks

What system (windows 7 etc)? What browser (chrome etc)? Any security?
It's taking too long to find the page and closes ...make sure you don't have too many Windows open whilst you search....on screen that is ! :0)
.....and has anything changed dylan? New bit of kit plugged in or new software loaded recently?
It is important for you to give as much information as possible and in this regard it will be of great help if you will kindly respond to Zacs-Master's above questions.

OK. Your Search Engine is Google. What's more important is what Browser are you using. If it is Internet Explorer then jno is fully on track to helping you to put matters right.
