Talk Talk Very Slow To Load

What's wrong with my laptop or TalkTalk, The Answer Bank, Facebook etc no problem at all, but TalkTalk just will not load? even at the Library it's very very slow or sometimes nothing just like at home, is it their fault or something my end? I have two email addresses via TalkTalk, one Lineone and one Tiscali, this is very irritating!

What browser are you using? If you have Windows 7 then you should be using IE11 which is very fast to load websites etc. I would clear your browsing history first and see if it helps. Go to Internet Options and click on delete history it will ask you what you would like to delete first before proceeding. Click on the little cog in the RH top corner.
