I'm trying to get back into my own account with a parcel firm. I've been trying for 2 days and I'm going round and round in circles. Now I have noticed something that says I must have cookies enabled. Do you think this may be the problem? If so what do I do? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I'm not worrying about them, I just don't know what to do to enable them so that I can get into my account. Can you advise me please.

Yes but where and how do I do that head wreck. There's nowhere on the parcel website that actually says "enable cookies". I can't even find a phone number to phone them to ask. Grrr
it's the browser which allows them or not, so which browser are you using?

Mozilla Firefox.

select Options from the tools menu, then the Privacy tab in the pop-up that appears and make sure that Accept cookies from sites is ticked (it's about halfway down )
Question Author
I only have something that says Firefox will remember yor browsing, download, form and search history and keep cookies from Web sites you visit. You may want to clear recent history or remove individual cookies

You already have cookies enabled then horseshoes so that's not your problem.
Try resetting your password. That might help.
Use the forgot your password option then change it from the verification email

I've done that mo jo jo. No luck.
OK. Open a new browser and google the firm. Go to the home page from there, not from your existing link.
Hold down the CTRL key and press F5 to refresh and refresh the cache. Hold the CTRL ket down until the page is fully refreshed. Try again.
After that I'm a thicky when it comes to these things

Jus tried that again and still no luck. I'm going to leave it for now. Between yesterday and okay I must have spent a good 4 or 5 hours on it. Thank you all very much for trying to help me. I'm feeling very frustrated and stressed with it now. In the words of mr Schwarzenegger "I'll be back".

Mojo, I did have a go at your suggestion but same result:-(
I will leave it for now though. Thank you again.
