Skype System Call to me

For a couple of weeks now I have been getting calls in the daytime on my Skype from "System Call Urgent" - I doubt very much Skype would want to call me (!) and I feel this is a dodgy call of some kind so I refuse it each time. Can anybody confirm that Skype is probably not trying to contact me?
