I am paying for a service I am not getting! I am having to pay to access the internet and make phone calls from my mobile - so why shouldn't I get a refund?

This may be BT's problem but Talk Talk is a god-awful company to have anything to do with. They have no input whatsoever into providing you with service, apart from taking your money. They haven't laid a single yard of cable, nor built any telephone exchanges. Is it really so much cheaper being a Talk Talk customer ?
