I have just changed my computer to a laptop, but cannot ask a question on Answer Bank. Why? I changed my line to another provider some time ago
but that didn't affect my accessing AB. Can anyone tell me what to do? I'm not very Computer literate!!! I've tried registering again but unfortunately must have messed it up.

You have just asked a question juill. Well done x
I don't know whether you have solved the problem or whether you had to type this on your old computer.
If you're still unable to ask a question on AB on your laptop please can you tell us how far you can get. If you can type a question but get no 'submit' button then maybe you need to use a different browser
When you change computer, or indeed browser, you need to login again. You can not register with the same email address. Can you remember the password you fist used to log onto Answerbank?
But, of course, there is no reason to register again.
Unsure what the problem is. You imply you can not access the site, but as factor suggests it may just be a non visible submit button ?
