proxy server and proxy port

Have nokia Lumia 710 mobile.Unsuccessfully tried to get tech help from vodaphone....can't get internet connected....last 2 blank boxes need to be completed to hopefully get internet up and running...they are the 2 proxy headings above in the title...can anyone tell me what to type in these boxes.

The issue has been raised with our devices teams who in turn have raised this with Nokia directly to get a resolution in place.

Iam not having an issue with messaging but internet connection so not the same I think.

Many thanks to "ChuckFickens"....looked at that link and sorted my internet connection out for mobile...had been told incorrectly by vodaphone tech so I do appreciate your help...saved me lots of hassle as would have gone to shop.
