Skype problem...

When I've signed into Skype using my name and password, I get that page saying Welcome and my name together with lots of options all over the page to do various things.

But what do I click on to get my CONTACTS? Better still, what do I click on to get the page with all the contacts on the left of the page and the video screen in the centre/on the right so I can video Skype somebody?

Are you signing into the skype website, or the skype program (which is the one you need)

Sorry, Chuck, you've lost us.I'm on the website and can see no reference to a program just as there is no reference to "contacts".
If you know the URL can you post it, please?
