I sometimes get this when i go to full screen. Restoring down the video size, and then going back to full screen works for me.
Failing that, you could try updating your graphics driver.

I have found a more permanent solution.
Go on youtube, and choose a video to watch. when it starts loading press pause ,press right click on the video and untick on the first tab which says hardware acceleration.
That should sort it.
