Telephone call deals

I've been using TalkTalk (used to be OneTel) for ages now, but as times are getting hard, I thought I'd look around for a cheaper call provider.

What the TalkTalk system does is dead simple: you dial a number before you dial the actual number you want, and get charged at a low rate.

Are there any other similar/cheaper companies out there?

According to Which, 18185.co.uk are currently the cheapest (well, with UK landline calls costing 0p per minute, that's not surprising). There is a 4p per call connection charge, but overall it does seem v.cheap.
