Email accessible files??

If a file is attached be it a document, picture or whatever to an email does that mean that as long as the email is accessible that the file is accessible too?

I would say YES. If you copy or transfer the e-mail then the attachment goes with it.
You can also copy the attachment to another folder but the original will still stay with the e-mail.
I have a small free program which will remove the attachment if required but I don't think it is still available now, unfortunately!
Yes, it should, as long as your computer can open the format in which the document is written. We can't open .tif files at work, people have to send them in a different format so we can open them.
