Firefox problem

I added this enquiry in another string but it does not seem to have been seen or answered.
I have had problems since I downloaded the latest Firefox 5 upgrade. Now I cannot get into my Tiscali/TalkTalk webmail. I am using Windows 7.

I have tried restoring to an earlier date but then Firefox wouldn't work at all.
I note that there have been some similar problems posted on-line with some solutions suggested which look too complicated for me to get involved in. Anyone know what has brought this about and if there is a simple solution?

It seems there is a conflict that has not yet been sorted out.
I suggest you access the site via IE for the time being.
